Operations Manager

Job Title: Operations Manager Location: Segensworth/Titchfield Salary: £35,000 P/A Our client is seeking an experienced and hands-on Operations Manager to lead and optimise our manufacturing operations. This is a highly autonomous and varied role where you’ll be encouraged to implement new systems, improve efficiencies, and take full ownership of day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage day-to-day production and manufacturing operations Oversee procurement, supply chain, and vendor management to ensure cost-effective purchasing Implement and maintain quality assurance standards, including ISO9001 compliance Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations and lead regular assessments and updates Manage export logistics and all international shipping documentation Conduct cost analysis to support pricing, procurement, and production decisions Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control Supervise dispatch and warehouse operations to guarantee timely customer deliveries Organise and lead monthly Health & Safety meetings Detailed Duties Include: Daily factory floor checks, monthly assessments, and updates to manuals and protocols Booking and managing international courier collections and shipping documentation Using purchase order systems to procure goods at the best value for quality and lead times Coordinating seamless flow of stock from production to warehouse to customer delivery Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in an operations or manufacturing management role Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team Highly organised with excellent time management and multitasking abilities Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Full UK driving licence required What Is On Offer Competitive salary A varied and flexible role with real impact across the business Use of company pool car Company mobile phone
