Reliability Manager

Job Title: Reliability Manager Location: Wellingborough Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum Are you a Reliability Manager looking for a new position? We are currently recruiting for a Reliability Manager to join our Food manufacturing business based in Wellingborough. The reliability Manager will be responsible for the Maintenance engineers across the facility. The duties of the Reliability manager are: Managing maintenance operations across the facility ensuring all machinery and equipment is running safely and efficiently. Train and supervise maintenance engineers to maximize performance. Making improvements to asset care strategies. Manage the CMMS system to ensure accurate maintenance plans, work orders, corrective actions and inventory of spare parts. Creating maintenance schedules for the engineers. Manage and develop the maintenance budgets with cost reductions of effect use of resources. Manage the inventory and spare parts. Making sure the facility comply with health safety and GMP standards. Lead and participate in root cause analysis. Candidate The Reliability Manager is will have experience within a similar role within the food manufacturing industry. Having experience within budget management is essential for the position. Have to have engineering qualifications to HNC level or equivalent. Supervisory experience is essential for the position.
