The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our services. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments within the organisation. Manage and maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, including preparing agendas and taking minutes. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation. Support the procurement process by managing orders and liaising with suppliers. Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures. Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the team. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the public sector. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
