Conveyancing Solicitor / Licenced Conveyancer (3 years PQE) Full Time/Part Time, Permanent Swansea One of Swansea's highly regarded and established law firm are looking to appoint an experienced full-time or part-time Property Lawyer (Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer) to their market-leading residential property conveyancing department. Responsibilities: * Managing a mixed caseload of residential property matters, including freehold/leasehold Sales and Purchases, Shared Ownership, Re-mortgages, and New Build developments. * Handling cases from initial instruction through to completion. * Drafting and approving legal documentation, including contracts and transfer deeds. * Managing all post-completion formalities. We’re seeking individuals who: * Minimum 3 years Residential Conveyancing fee earning experience. * Proven track record of meeting fee targets and deadlines. * Strong legal knowledge and understanding of the conveyancing process. * Excellent communication and client care skills.
