We are looking for a Front of House Specialist to join our team covering Hampstead, Mayfair, and Richmond. Responsibilities Open and close the clinic. Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day clinic operations. Operate the Point-Of-Sale and booking system, including end-of-day reconciliation. Provide a welcoming, informative, and engaging experience for all patients. Manage appointment bookings and keep patients informed of any schedule changes. Handle incoming and outgoing enquiries via phone and email. Oversee general stock management. Drive sales by offering excellent patient consultations and sharing product knowledge.
