This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator to work on a temporary basis in the most amazing company who really look after their staff. Role profile: * Accurately input data on an internal, bespoke database. * Producing invoices, advice notes and other documentation. * Preparing paperwork and checking legal documentation. * Inputting information onto the database and filing electronically. * Liaise with clients via telephone and email and monitor the teams email inbox. * General Admin duties as and when required. Person profile: * Excellent communication skills both written and verbal * Good English and numeracy skills * Accuracy and an eye for detail with good keyboard skills * Self-motivated and able to use initiative with good organisation skills Essential criteria: * Previous experience in a busy administrative role * Due to the location must drive and have own transport Due to the number of responses generated we are unable to get back to every applicant.
