Production Operative

Join our clients dynamic team in Highbridge in their production factory as a Production Operative! This temporary role offers a hourly pay rate of £12.21 per hour, with working hours from 0730 to 1700, Monday to Thursday having Fridays off work! As a key member of their close-knit team of 3, you'll play a vital part in ensuring the quality and safety of their delicious food products. Hands-on Production Experience - Become an integral part of our production process, loading glass onto a conveyor belt and inspecting for any flaws or foreign bodies. Attention to Detail - Meticulously sort through boxes of fruit weighing up to 15KG, weighing and packaging them to precise recipe specifications. Collaborative Team Environment - Work alongside your teammates to maintain our high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Preferred Requirements: Physically fit and proactive, with a "can-do" attitude and a keen eye for detail. Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organised work environment. Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 15kgs with ease. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Passion for food production and a deep understanding of the importance of food safety. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment is highly desirable. A strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
