Planner Scheduler

Our client islooking for an experienced Irish Planner to join our busy operations team. The position involves engaging with clients and agents, tracking shipments, and processing customs declarations. The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills, be capable of functioning independently as well as collaboratively, have a back ground in organising Irish groupage trailers and possess knowledge of customs. Key Tasks Handling customers consignments Liaising with the Warehouse and Transport teams Customer Services Costings Planning groupage trailers to Northern and Southern Ireland Customs declarations Required Skills A proactive mentality Team player Strong communication skills Ability to use own initiative Be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook Telephone and email communication skills Must be proficient in the English language. Salary dependent on experience . Pay: £25-£30k Additional pay: Bonus scheme Benefits: Company pension Cycle to work scheme On-site parking Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm with 1 hour lunch break.
