We are now looking for a Home Store & Garden Centre Coordinator for our flagship store in Tillicoultry! About you: Were looking for a proactive and dynamic leader with a passion for retail and team development. You have experience managing a team, providing training and mentorship, and fostering a positive, collaborative environment. Youre driven by results, with a strong ability to execute merchandising strategies that enhance the customer experience and drive sales. Your attention to detail ensures displays are visually appealing and on-brand, and youre skilled at analysing performance to optimise stock and meet targets. You have excellent communication skills and are confident in managing employee relations and performance feedback. Your new responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team, providing training, guidance, and mentorship to ensure effective performance and a positive work environment. - Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies, ensuring displays are aligned with brand aesthetics and updated regularly. - Drive sales performance, manage team targets, and optimise stock allocation based on sales trends and customer feedback. - Oversee operational management, including product launches, seasonal campaigns, and stock replenishment, while ensuring effective communication within the team. - Handle employee relations, conduct return-to-work interviews, manage grievances, and provide performance feedback. - Undertake additional duties as needed to support business objectives and maintain store efficiency.
