Nursery Manager – Brand-New Setting in Staines We are recruiting on behalf of a brand-new nursery in Staines, looking for an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead the launch and day-to-day operations of this exciting new setting. This is a unique opportunity to shape the nursery from the ground up, build a strong team, and create an outstanding early years environment for children and families. Role Details: Position: Nursery Manager Hours: 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum Location: Staines, TW18 Qualification: Full and relevant Level 3 or above Childcare Qualification Nursery opening hours: 7:30 am – 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday What's on Offer: Competitive salary and performance-related bonus Company pension scheme Retail discounts and wellbeing support Access to earned wages before payday Free on-site parking Childcare discount Ongoing CPD and professional development opportunities Company events and recognition programs Key Responsibilities: Lead the launch of the nursery, establishing high-quality standards from day one Recruit, develop, and inspire a strong nursery team Oversee EYFS curriculum implementation, ensuring an engaging learning environment Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, invoicing, and fee collection Build positive relationships with parents and the wider community Ensure compliance with all safeguarding, health & safety, and Ofsted requirements Monitor and improve nursery performance against key targets What We're Looking For: An experienced Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager ready for the next step Full and relevant Level 3 or above qualification in childcare Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and nursery operations Passion for building and developing a brand-new setting Excellent people management and leadership skills Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused approach Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. The successful candidate will be subject to DBS, reference, and social media checks.
