Key Account Manager – Hybrid (Lancaster, Lancashire) £35,000 – £39,000 Uncapped Commission (15–20%) £450 Car Allowance Location: Lancaster, Lancashire | Hybrid Working Available Full-Time | Permanent Are you a motivated sales professional who thrives on building strong client relationships and driving revenue? With a strong commercial focus and a reputation for service excellence, they’re looking for a Key Account Manager to help take client relationships — and business performance — to the next level. The Role: Key Account Manager You’ll manage a portfolio of key clients, develop new business opportunities, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. This is a field-based role- You must be flexible to meet clients across the UK. What You’ll Be Doing: * Building and nurturing long-term client relationships * Developing and maintaining a healthy, qualified sales pipeline * Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets * Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored client solutions * Providing high-level customer service and follow-up * Working in a hybrid setup (Lancaster HQ home-based flexibility) What You’ll Bring: * A background in Account Management or B2B Sales * Consistent track record of meeting sales targets * Strong business planning and analytical skills * Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities * Self-starter mentality with a team-player attitude * Industry experience is helpful but not essential What’s on Offer: * Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 DOE * Uncapped Commission: 15–20% * £450 Monthly Car Allowance * Hybrid Working * Career progression in a well-supported, ambitious team
