Job Title: Bathroom Designer & Sales Consultant Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 basic OTE up to £35,000 Location: Bromsgrove Working Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday with 1 Weekend Day Per Month About the Role: Are you an experienced and motivated Bathroom Designer & Sales Consultant looking for a new opportunity? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and growing business within Bromsgrove. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in both bathroom design and sales, along with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of the customer journey. You’ll be responsible for creating bespoke bathroom designs and guiding clients through every stage of their project – from initial consultation to final sign-off. Key Responsibilities: Design tailored bathroom solutions based on client specifications and space requirements. Conduct home visits to measure spaces and understand client needs. Prepare and present professional quotations and 3D design visuals. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales and design process. Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.Requirements: Previous experience in bathroom design and sales is essential. Strong 3D design skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Full UK Driving Licence (essential for site visits). Excellent communication skills with a customer-first approach. Highly organised, self-motivated, and confident working independently. A positive and proactive attitude.
