Part time HR Advisor Eye, Suffolk 24 hours per week 3 full days or 5 short days considered Salary is dependent on experience Permanent We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our client on a part time, permanent basis. Our client is open to considering 3 full days per week or 5 shorter days, providing flexibility to suit you. Key Responsibilities: Review and amend employee contracts to ensure they are up to date and compliant with current legislation. Ensure the company adheres to all relevant employment laws and regulations. Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices and legal requirements. Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Answering employee queries and providing guidance to managers on HR-related matters, such as recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. Working with managers to develop job descriptions, post job openings, and conduct interviews. Manage sickness absence in collaboration with managers, assisting staff back to work and working with managers to reduce sickness absence across the organisation. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records. Assist with various HR projects and initiatives as needed. Experience Required: Previous experience in an HR advisory role or similar position. Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work collaboratively with team members across different departments.
