Live in Porter Maida Vale, W9 Mon to Fri 8am-5pm (or 8.30am-5.30pm/9am-6pm) and Sat 8am-12pm £29,000 plus accommodation Our client is seeking a new resident Porter to live on site and to be on call out of office hours to provide emergency cover as and when the need arises. Two bedroom accommodation provided. The Porter will be responsible for being on duty in the office and to maintain security, cleanliness, maintenance and upkeep of the private residential block and be the first point of contact for residents, contractors and managing agent. To provide excellent customer service, conduct daily building checks, liaise with contractors regarding planned and reactive maintenance, conduct fire alarm checks and record all checks in the logging system, follow Health and Safety Regulations, key and parcel management, delivering mail and newspapers. The role does include an active manual task including domestic rubbish collection rounds on a daily basis
