Job Title: Data Administrator/ Sales Support Administrator Location: London Role Type- 6-Month Contract Pay Rate: £16- £18 per hour Inside IR35 We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Data Administrator who is from the Sales support background to join our client team on a temporary 6-month contract with the potential for extension. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting operational and sales functions. Key Responsibilities: Data Matching and Validation: Compare and update customer and reseller information across different systems to keep records accurate and aligned. Deal Management: Route incoming sales deals to the correct team members to ensure smooth processing and faster turnaround times. Cross-Team Support: Work closely with other departments to resolve urgent or complex sales-related issues quickly and efficiently. Case Assignment: Review new cases and assign them based on predefined sales rules and guidelines. Customer Service and Support: Handle inquiries from internal and external stakeholders via email, phone, and other communication channels. Requirements: Good experience in Data Entry and Sales support is required Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Outlook, Excel). Strong organizational and collaboration skills. Ability to adapt to a constantly evolving work environment.
