The best of New York hospitality with London Charm THE ROLE The role of the Pastry Chef de Partie is to successfully run a section as a part of the kitchen brigade. The ideal Pastry Chef de Partie candidate should have: Prior experience in high end hotels/restaurant kitchens, as well as high volume establishments. Ability to work well with others and support team members in a group setting. Ability to work in an organized fashion, maintaining a clean work area & uniform. Desire to learn and grow, as well as help support other team members.
