Job Description

Administrator Job Overview: Our client is seeking a Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, collaborating closely with our finance team, and ensuring that all accounting tasks are completed efficiently with a focus on Purchase Ledger tasks. Administrator Key Responsibilities: Reconcile closed projects. Manage sales invoice reconciliation. Record sales invoices in Gross Profit accounts. Update purchase ledger records in Gross Profit accounts. File purchase ledger documents. Provide purchase ledger support as needed. Reconcile corporate card and cash expenses. Administrator Key Competencies: Strong attention to detail. Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment. Proficiency in Excel. Experience with SAGE, Xero, or similar accounting software. A willingness to learn. Experience working in a Finance/General Administration Role Finance Assistant Benefits: Monday to Thursday 07:30am to 4:30pm. 3:30pm finish on a Friday Lunch & breakfast items provided for all employees.
