We drive growth Coles and their brand partners, by creating meaningful connections with their consumers at every step of the shopping journey. About the role: You are the expert in providing tailored media solutions to brands. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be to: Develop media campaign solutions for brands, leveraging data and insights to support your recommendations. Build strong relationships with category and supplier partners, most of which will be brand new relationships for the business and you. Use your expertise and consultative mindset, to seek new ways to activate media channels. Partner closely category teams to understand their needs, report on performance, and align on priorities. Run and manage your segment as if it’s your own business, owning your targets and addressing any gaps but also leveraging the support of the exceptional team around you. Outperform individual quarterly targets which influence half and full year targets. Manage sales pipeline through CRM and additional reporting tools. Partner with brands to provide data, insights and reporting that can inform their FY plans. About you Then to be successful in this role: You are positive, collaborative and thrive on accountability. This attitude means you consistently outperform your KPIs. You don’t shy away from a challenge, your strength is your ability to navigate uncertainty and still achieve results. You have a track record of providing exceptional client service to brand partners, internal colleagues and external agency partners. You work seamlessly as part of a team, but are empowered by your own objectives and targets. You see your peer’s challenges as your own, and you work together to solve them. You excel in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiples deadlines and high targets because you understand the end goal. You have previous media sales, agency and/or FMCG experience and are passionate about retail and the multiple brands that stock the shelves. Does this sound like you?
