Upselling to customers Build rapport with the client, and ensure every experience is exceptional. Think on your feet to provide solutions to challenges faced by the client. You will be conversing in voice, email and chat. Therefore, professionalism is to be maintained through all channels.   Ability to accurately assess customer needs and potential, identify and deal with objections. Be comfortable and confident in your approach to clients Minimum Requirements: Must have worked night shift in a call Centre. Must have worked with American clients. MS Office literate Excellent communication both verbal and written. We will only consider applications from candidates who have worked on a USA campaign before Must have sales/customer service experience
