Motor Vehicle Technician (Red Seal)

Role Overview: Provide accurate and efficient repair work within allocated timeframes while ensuring customer safety and satisfaction remain a top priority. Key Responsibilities: Complete repair orders efficiently and timeously Meet workshop labor targets and upselling services where appropriate Diagnose issues accurately and recommend solutions clearly Order and manage parts to ensure timely job completion Stay current with vehicle technologies through training and bulletins Support the Service Manager and Workshop Foreman with operational tasks Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace Adhere to all dealership procedures and promote continuous improvement Minimum Requirements: Red Seal Qualified Motor Vehicle Technician At least 2 years post-qualification experience in a dealership environment Bilingual (English and Afrikaans) Experience with premium vehicle brands is advantageous Computer literate Valid drivers license Key Competencies: Strong attention to procedures and detail Customer Service Orientation Focused on productivity and efficiency Only short-listed candidates will be contacted
