Data Manager - Azure Data Warehousing

About the Role : We are seeking a 'Engagement Lead' to drive data management programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Azure Data Warehouse, metadata management tools like Collibra, and data governance platforms, along with exceptional client management skills. The role demands a proactive leader who can ensure project health remains Green, while identifying opportunities to expand the engagement. Key Responsibilities : - Lead and manage end to end data management programs, from planning to delivery. - Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment. - Oversee the implementation of Azure Data Warehouse, Collibra for metadata management, and other data governance tools. - Define and track KPIs to meet delivery timelines. - Drive data quality, metadata management, and data catalog initiatives. - Identify and recommend additional services to enhance client engagement. - Collaborate with technical teams to ensure data security, compliance, and governance standards are met. Skills & Qualifications : - Proven experience in Azure Data Warehouse, Collibra, and metadata management tools. - Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks, data quality management, and data lineage. - Exceptional client management and stakeholder communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects with a track record of delivering projects on time. - Experience in KPI management and ensuring Green project health status. - Problem solving mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities within engagements.
