Senior Manual Tester - - MS Dynamics 365/F&O Platform

Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum 7-12 years of experience in manual testing, with at least 5 years specifically in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. - Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations - Apparel domain experience preferred - Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, etc). Key Responsibilities : - Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations applications. - Conduct manual testing to identify defects and ensure the functionality, usability, and performance of the system. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure testing requirements are met. - Perform regression testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system changes and enhancements. - Document test results, defects, and issues in a clear and concise manner. - Participate in daily stand-up meetings and provide status updates on testing activities. - Ensure adherence to testing standards and best practices. - Provide training and support to junior QA testers and team members. Preferred Skills : - Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP). - Knowledge of SQL and database management. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Previous experience in the apparel or retail industry.
