Oracle GTM Consultant - OTM Module

We are seeking an experienced Oracle GTM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Oracle GTM and OTM Cloud implementations, demonstrating expert knowledge of the product, its capabilities, and the implementation process. You will be responsible for implementing Customs Management functionality within the Oracle GTM/OTM modules, working closely with internal teams and clients to ensure that all trade compliance requirements, including Export/Import filing processes, are met efficiently. Key Responsibilities : - Implement Customs Management functionality within Oracle GTM/OTM modules to automate the Export/Import filing process and ensure compliance with trade regulations. - Provide best practice guidance on Oracle GTM/OTM business processes and implementation approaches, focusing on automating and streamlining Customs Export/Import processes. - Collaborate with various stakeholders, including Broker partners, to improve collaboration and optimize trade operations. - Ensure proper integration between Oracle GTM/OTM modules and other Oracle ERP modules like Order Management, Inventory, and Warehouse Management. - Support clients in understanding and adhering to German Trade Compliance requirements and implement processes to meet these regulations within the GTM/OTM framework. - Leverage middleware capabilities such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to integrate Oracle GTM/OTM with external systems and improve operational workflows. - Participate in the full lifecycle of GTM/OTM Cloud implementations, from requirements gathering and design to configuration, testing, and go-live. - Develop and document functional specifications, process flows, and technical requirements related to trade compliance, export/import filing, and Oracle GTM/OTM integration. - Provide support and troubleshooting for ongoing implementations, ensuring smooth operation and adherence to timelines. - Guide and mentor team members on Oracle GTM/OTM best practices and methodologies. - Participate in user training and provide support during UAT (User Acceptance Testing). Qualifications : - Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Oracle GTM/OTM Cloud implementations, demonstrating expert knowledge of the product and its capabilities. - Strong functional understanding of Oracle ERP modules such as Order Management, Inventory, and Warehouse Management. - Knowledge of German Trade Compliance requirements is a must. - Understanding of the US AES (Automatic Export System) Customs filing process is a plus. - Practical experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware solutions for seamless integrations between systems. - Proven track record of implementing Customs Management functionality within Oracle GTM/OTM modules. - Oracle Fusion/Cloud Certification in OTM/GTM is highly desirable. - Experience with Oracle Cloud Modules (OTM/GTM) in large-scale, multi-geography implementations. - Exposure to cross-functional implementations involving Oracle SCM (Supply Chain Management) and Oracle ERP solutions. - Oracle Cloud certifications in GTM or related Supply Chain modules. - Familiarity with the trade compliance landscape and export/import regulations in multiple regions (especially Europe and the US). - Hands-on experience in integrating with third-party customs filing solutions and other global trade partners (ref:hirist.tech)
