Oracle SCP Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle SCP Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 7 years of progressive experience in a consulting environment or related industry experience working directly with Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud Fusion Applications. The consultant will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Oracle Cloud Supply Chain modules, such as Supply Planning, Backlog Management, Replenishment Planning, and Production Scheduling. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, effective solutions. Key Responsibilities : - Lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning modules, including Supply Planning, Backlog Management, Replenishment Planning, and Production Scheduling. - Provide expertise in Oracle Cloud ASCP (Advanced Supply Chain Planning), Global Order Promising, and Inventory Optimization modules. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring the design and implementation of solutions that meet business needs and objectives. - Work on integrating Oracle Cloud SCP modules with other Oracle Cloud modules such as Order Management, Shipping Execution, Procurement Suite, and Manufacturing. - Configure and customize Oracle SCP modules to support end-to-end supply chain processes. - Participate in data migration, system integration, and reporting using tools like OTBI, BI Publisher, and FBDI. - Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and support post-implementation issues to ensure systems are running smoothly. - Provide training and knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams. - Lead and manage the project life cycle, ensuring timely delivery of tasks and quality of solutions. - Support client engagement, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and project goals. Qualifications : - 7 years of progressive experience in a consulting environment or related industry experience, with direct exposure to Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud Fusion Applications. - 5 years of experience implementing Oracle Cloud modules including Oracle Supply Planning, Backlog Management, Replenishment Planning, Global Order Promising, and Production Scheduling. - Prior experience with ASCP R12 is preferred. - Experience in other Oracle Cloud modules such as Order Management, Shipping Execution, Supply Chain Orchestration, Manufacturing, Inventory, Procurement Suite, and Costing is a plus. - Oracle Certification in Supply Chain modules is an added advantage. - Proficiency with Oracle Cloud OTBI, BI Publisher, and other reporting tools. - Proven experience as a lead on at least 3 full life cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud SCP modules. - Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Ability to interact with clients through various communication channels, including meetings, emails, and video conferencing. - Oracle Cloud Certification in relevant Supply Chain modules. - Familiarity with Supply Chain Orchestration and Shipping Execution within Oracle Cloud. - Experience in utilizing advanced reporting tools such as BI Publisher, OTBI, and FBDI for reporting and integrations (ref:hirist.tech)
