Responsibilities Provide general administrative support to the local office. Main point of contact with internal and externa clients and visitors. Offering exceptional levels of customer service and support via phone and email to our current customers and partners to maintain strong relationships and increase retention Being the pprimary customer contact for order processing from the order entry stage to the invoice issuing stage, in accordance with revenue recognition rules. Working closely with the sales team, supporting them in acquiring business leads and turn into sales. Taking and maintaining bookings and payments into the sales system Assisting in promotion of our products and services in the market and build awareness and recognition. Assist with human resources functions, including recruitment, on/off-boarding etc. Assist with internal and external events, organise travel arrangements (Flights, hotels, restaurants, trains, visa) The position is also expected to carry out such further duties as may reasonably be required from time to time Required Competences & Skills Batchlor education in Commercial Economics, Retail Management or something similar; Experience in a similar position as plus; Internationally oriented and master the Italian and English languages in speaking and writing; Have strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and organisational skills; Have good time management skills and the ability to stay flexible in a fast paced environment; Advanced Excel skills. Self-starter who is goal-oriented, highly motivated, and is also able to follow instructions Strong desire to take initiative, eager to learn, result-oriented and creative thinker Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment, multitask and prioritize appropriately ENTALPIA /ICOOL is an equal opportunity employer and encourages workforce diversity.
