VIP Waitress

We are looking for a VIP Waitress for one of our new venues in DUBAI . Principal Accountabilities Greet and welcome VIP guests with warmth and professionalism. Provide attentive, personalized service to VIP clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. Serve food and beverages in an upscale manner, demonstrating excellent knowledge of the menu and wine list. Build rapport with regular guests and anticipate their preferences. Maintain an organized and clean service area, ensuring everything is in place for the best guest experience. Handle special requests and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to fulfill VIP orders. Monitor guest satisfaction and ensure any issues are resolved quickly and discretely. Uphold the standards of the venue and contribute to a positive, luxurious atmosphere. Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operation during service. Ideal Candidate Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar VIP or luxury hospitality role. Strong knowledge of fine dining and cocktail service. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle high-profile guests. Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus. Well-groomed appearance and a professional demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a calm and positive attitude. Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
