Job Description
Minimum requirements: Grade 12 (Matric) A certificate or diploma in Accounting/Finance or similar field is an advantage 2 years of relevant experience in an accounting or admin environment Knowledge in accounting software - Great Plains Key responsibilities: Manage and reconcile debtors and follow up on outstanding payments Maintain and update creditors records, process supplier invoices Process entries and maintain accuracy in the cashbook Manage and reconcile petty cash transactions Handle fuel and stationery orders and inventory Professionally answer and direct telephone calls Perform regular debtors follow-ups to ensure timely collection Assist in processing claims Prepare and process EFT payments accurately Support with wages and payroll tasks as required Conduct general filing and administrative duties to support the finance team Consultant: Thandi Speelman - Dante Personnel Johannesburg
