Senior Executive (Key Accounts Management)

Job Role: The Key Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing and developing long-term relationships with key clients in the freight forwarding industry. This role involves understanding clients' logistics needs, providing tailored solutions, and driving sales growth while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in account management within the freight forwarding or logistics industry, with a focus on strategic relationship building and operational excellence. Job Responsibilities : 1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients in the freight forwarding sector. Serve as the main point of contact for all client communication, ensuring quick responses to inquiries and problem resolution. Conduct regular meetings and reviews with clients to understand their logistics needs, ensuring that their expectations are consistently met. 2. Customer Satisfaction & Retention: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by regularly monitoring and managing service performance, resolving issues, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Address customer complaints and operational challenges, working with internal teams to ensure swift resolutions. 3. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations, finance, and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency for key accounts. 4. Reporting & Analysis: Conduct market and competitor analysis to stay informed of industry trends and improve the company's market position. Key Skills: 1. Communication 2. Networking 3.
