The Role As a Senior SAP IBP Consultant , you will lead high-impact projects in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Inventory Management, and Response & Supply , while driving the growth of MHP’s SAP IBP practice in North America. This entrepreneurial role demands hands-on leadership to deliver innovative end-to-end supply chain planning solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and business development. You’ll optimize value chains by integrating SAP IBP (including Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Supply Planning ) with cutting-edge technologies like S/4HANA, leveraging MHP’s deep automotive expertise and SAP partnership. Responsibilities Lead full-cycle SAP IBP implementations (S&OP, Inventory Management, Response & Supply) for Automotive/Discrete Manufacturing clients. Design and deploy digital planning solutions for: Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Inventory Management & Optimization Response & Supply Planning Develop scalable concepts aligned with Industry 4.0, integrating IBP with S/4HANA, EWM, TM, and Ariba . Drive business development by identifying opportunities in demand-driven planning and inventory strategies . Qualifications Technical Expertise : 4 years in SAP IBP , with specialization in: S&OP Inventory Management Response & Supply 3 full lifecycle implementations. SAP S/4HANA integration experience (certifications preferred). Industry Knowledge : Automotive/Discrete Manufacturing preferred. Soft Skills : Entrepreneurial mindset, client-facing excellence, and fluency in English. Logistics : Availabiliy to travel 1 week per quarter to US.
