Main Purpose: Provide support to the legacy applications of NatureSweet, GHS and any other subsidiary of NS. Position Requirements: Bachelor´s degree in computer science or equivalent. Master's degree will be a plus. ITIL certification is desirable. Bilingual in Spanish & English. Experience: 5 years of experience leading support teams in consumer goods companies with operations 7x24: strong integration between satellite systems and ERP through middleware's and APIs. Expertise in business processes and applications in the areas of: Inventory, Purchasing, Packaging, Planning, Forecast, MRP, WMS, Transport Management System. Demonstrated experience creating high performance and collaborative teams including extended teams of external developers and consultants. Expertise in cloud solutions specially in Azure and integrating satellite systems with D365 will be a plus. Knowledge and Technical Requirements Understanding of SQL Server, SQL. Expertise en .net, angular, Java (not for development but to coordinate external resources). PMI and agile methodologies. SDLC understanding and implementtion of best practices to keep eco-system updated. Vulnerbilities and remediation to satellite systems. Key Job Accountabilities: Manage and develop key strategic partners that provide the support services both: L2 & L3. Implement robust support processes for Incident and Problem Management, including dashboards to measure SLAs and KPIs and provide visibility of them to the business vendors and other IT teams. Participate to support internal and external audit processes providing the required documentation and doing a follow up on the audit observations. Develop long-term relationships with strategic partners that can provide us robust support services, including bud fixing, enhancements to the applications and the development and the development and implementation of new solutions. Collaborate with infrastructure, security, business teams and vendors to implement robust processes for risk management (vulnerabilities); applications upgrades, and implementation of new applications and/or functionalities. Location: Guadalajara or Querétaro.
