District Aftersales Manager

We’re Hiring – District Aftersales Manager | Automotive Location: Mexico City - Onsite About the Role: We seek a results-driven District Aftersales Manager to lead, implement, and execute strategic aftersales initiatives with our dealership network. Your mission? Ensure high performance, outstanding customer satisfaction, and operational excellence across your assigned region. What You'll Do: ✔️ Drive after-sales strategy execution with dealers in alignment with corporate goals ✔️ Serve as the key liaison between the brand and the dealer network ✔️ Provide technical and operational support to improve dealer performance ✔️ Analyze sales data, inventory, and market conditions to guide decisions ✔️ Ensure spare parts inventory is well balanced (volume, mix, aging) ✔️ Support and train sales teams to meet annual targets ✔️ Collaborate on field action plans to boost low-performing dealerships ✔️ Report on district performance and strategic recommendations to leadership ✔️ Promote exceptional CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) results What We’re Looking For: Experience: 4 years in automotive sales, ideally at an OEM management level Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field Skills: • Deep understanding of wholesale/retail operations • Strategic sales planning and incentive execution • Excellent analytical and reporting skills • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) ️ Languages: Advanced English is a must (spoken & written) Soft Skills that Set You Apart: • Leadership & negotiation excellence • Customer-focused, results-driven mindset • Strong communicator and motivator • Adaptability, integrity, and a proactive attitude • Team-oriented with problem-solving abilities Why Join Us?
