(June 2024 - June 2025) FUNCTION: Order to Delivery Specialist MX/PACA LOCATION: Mexico City / Mexico JOB TYPE: Permanent ROLE SENIORITY: Managerial GET TO KNOW YOUR ARE A: The Order to Delivery Specialist MX/PACA is responsible for the execution of the best-in-class service through effective interactions with customers to ensure customers’ business needs are fulfilled and sales targets are met in partnership with the Commercial organization. Seamless execution of the O2B operations including resolution of complex customer requests to deliver a best-in-class service and enable business targets achievement. Manage import and export operations, ensuring compliance with international and local regulations. Oversee international logistics processes, including transportation and ware housing. YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO: Interact with customers (directly and via sales team members): Orchestrate the service relationship, acting as primary contact for assigned customer accounts. Analyze account history, understand the region’s supply needs, help make decisions to optimize orders and product deliveries. Provide information on orders, supply availability, timing, updates on products, programs. Seek customer feedback to track satisfaction level and identify solutions to improve experience. Resolve any immediately addressable customer requests: Receive requests from customers and sales team members. Address any immediately resolvable requests. Manage research, resolution, documentation and communication for complaints & errors. Manage escalations for complaints and disputes, and handle and resolve issues to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Support sales, planning team members with customer information: Influence product take and delivery timing to achieve financial targets. Provide overall business updates and customer account info. Monitor customer prioritization, delivery forecast targets and support product allocation management. Warehousing 3PL management to ensure that delivery will arrive to Customer in right quality, quantity and deadline. Create an interface with the main stakeholders (planning, export, sales team, 3PL suppliers) to ensure the order billing according to the customer’s needs. KPI’s management: Assure adherence with agreed SLA’s (Technical and Macro approach). Ensure that operational costs are aligned with budget, Including root-cause analysis and improvement initiatives. Partner with Commercial team: Provide overall business update and customer account info (e.g. availability dates, delivery forecast, targets, progress). Monitor customer prioritization, delivery forecast targets and support product allocation management. Understand Commercial Policies and Contractual Terms and Conditions, ensuring adherence of the processes to them. When needed, participate in the S&OP process to give relevant insights into the order pace and targets attainments. Partner with Finance/Credit Management: Cooperate to monitor the credit status of the orders. ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE? Main requirements: At least 5 years of experience in logistics management, international trade and Customer service. Bachelor´s Degree in Business administration, supply chain, or related field. Maste´s degree preferred. English Advance (B2). Fluent Spanish, both written and verbal. Strong interpersonal skills to create and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers. Ability to work within a team environment. Ability to be well organized and prioritize among multiple tasks. Ability to work independently. Demonstrate strong skills in verbal and written communications. Knowledge of IT systems and tools, e.g. D365 or ERP. Excel (mandatory) and other Office software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Customer Orientation, strong influencing and communication skills. Team player, accountable, proactive thinking, flexibility. Strong focus on delivering productivities, service and KPI´s.
