Demand Planner Specialist (Service Dept) Responsibility Description: [Demand Forecasting] Responsible for in-depth research and analysis of user demands across markets, establishing after-sales spare parts forecasting models and strategies. Oversees demand forecasting, delivery, and inventory management for headquarters product line after-sales/warranty spare parts. Accountable for On-Time Delivery (OTD) Rate and Inventory Turnover (ITO) performance of assigned product lines. [Inventory Monitoring] Manages consumption data analysis and inventory monitoring for after-sales/warranty spare parts in LATAM. Provides data support for rolling plans, mid/long-term material preparation, and final procurement. Responsible for achieving OTD and ITO targets in designated regions. [Delivery Management] Plans after-sales/warranty spare parts supply and production capacity at headquarters level, identifies supply risks. Coordinates resources to resolve supply chain exceptions and ensures timely spare parts delivery. [Reverse Logistics Support] Manages LATAM after-sales spare parts returns and DOA/DAP unit reverse logistics processes. Coordinates resources to address exceptions in replacement procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies for spare parts and customer-returned devices. Professional Knowledge Awareness of mobile industry standards and LATAM market dynamics Expertise in demand forecasting models (e.g., statistical forecasting, time-series analysis) and inventory optimization strategies. Business Skills Proficient in Office software; skilled in at least one data analysis tool, data-sensitive with strong analytical capabilities. Detail-oriented, logical thinker with strong communication skills, service mindset, and stress resilience. Other Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Science/Engineering (any major)/supply chain management with English proficiency in reading/writing. Priority given to candidates with 3C industry spare parts management experience. ENGLISH IS A MUST
