Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Specialist

Job Title : Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central : Remote / Work from : UK Days : 6 Days a : Minimum 5 Years of Relevant the Role : Were looking for a skilled and proactive Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Specialist to lead digitization initiatives and enhance ERP capabilities across finance, logistics, and sales domains. This is a remote, full-time role requiring hands-on experience with Business Central, strong business process understanding, and a collaborative Responsibilities : - Lead and support Business Central enhancement and digitization projects. - Evaluate current ERP setups and recommend process optimizations. - Serve as the primary point of contact for Business Central support. - Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and define user stories. - Conduct functional testing of new features and enhancements. - Manage and maintain master data standards and best practices. - Create and maintain user documentation and training materials. - Ensure system readiness for Microsoft updates and integrate Power Platform : - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV). - Solid understanding of at least two functional areas : Finance, Trade & Inventory, Service Management, Manufacturing, or Projects. - Strong grasp of finance and business process documentation. - Experience working with Microsoft Power Platform and Power BI. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Confident, self-driven, and able to work independently under deadlines. - Proven experience delivering results in a remote work Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. - Experience in ERP implementation and stakeholder management. - Previous exposure to software demos and user training is an advantage.
