VisionPLUS Developer

Overview : We are seeking a proficient Vision PLUS Developer to design and develop software solutions within the Vision PLUS framework. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Vision PLUS modules and development expertise, as well as the ability to provide functional and technical guidance to team members. Key Responsibilities : Vision PLUS Development : - Design and develop software solutions within the Vision PLUS framework. - Hands-on experience with one or more Vision PLUS sub-systems (CMS Posting, FAS, TRAMS, Management : - Monitor and provide solutions for Production and UAT incidents. - Collaborate with multiple teams to resolve complex business Leadership : - Provide functional and technical guidance to Business Analysts and Developers. - Understand client requirements and develop solution design documents for delivery. - Assist in resolving complex issues and incidents during implementation, testing, and and Communication : - Collaborate with multiple teams to provide technical know-how and solutions. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business Skills : Vision PLUS Expertise : - Hands-on experience with one or more Vision PLUS sub-systems (CMS Posting, FAS, TRAMS, VMx). - High-level understanding of all Vision PLUS sub-systems and batch Skills : - Proficiency in Mainframe technologies (JCL, COBOL, VSAM, Methodologies : - Experience with Waterfall, Agile Scrum, or Agile Kanban Skills : - Vision Flex experience is Activities : - Designing and developing software solutions within the Vision PLUS framework. - Monitoring and resolving Production and UAT incidents. - Collaborating with multiple teams to provide technical solutions. - Providing functional and technical guidance to team members. - Documenting solution designs and ensuring alignment with client requirements. - Assisting in the implementation and stabilization of Required : Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (ref:hirist.tech)
