Infor Business Analyst/Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Infor M3 Business Analyst / Functional Consultant to serve as a critical liaison between business units and IT. This role is responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting Infor M3 applications, with a focus on Supply Chain, Finance, and Warehouse Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Infor Cloud Suite Distribution Enterprise and a track record of delivering high-quality business solutions. Key Responsibilities : - Act as the primary liaison between departments including Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Warehouse Operations, and IT for Infor-related solutions. - Implement and maintain Infor M3 customizations and personalizations in collaboration with IT and business users. - Analyze, document, and communicate business requirements and processes. - Support product customizations, modifications, and deliver consulting/training for Infor M3 applications. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and recommend solution options aligned with company standards. - Prepare subject matter experts (SMEs) for upcoming Infor changes and system upgrades. - Conduct research using the Infor support portal and community to resolve issues and propose improvements. - Provide daily operational support by managing assigned helpdesk tickets and resolving M3-related issues. - Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues. - Develop and deliver ad hoc reports to support business decision-making. - Provide application training and documentation to end users. - Assist with data migration, data cleansing, and validation efforts during project rollouts or upgrades. - Support the configuration of M3 modules to meet evolving business requirements. Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems, Business, or a related field.OR an additional four years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree. Experience : - Minimum 4 years as an Infor M3 Business Analyst or Functional Consultant. - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience supporting Infor Cloud Suite Distribution Enterprise. - At least 4 years of experience configuring and supporting Infor M3 applications. - Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications. - Minimum 4 years of experience providing training (formal or informal) to business users. - Certification or equivalent experience in Infor M3 modules related to Supply Chain Management and Finance. Preferred Qualifications : - Prior experience in a consulting role. - Knowledge of Birst reporting tools and Infor update methodologies. - Experience with data refresh, validation, and Infor Warehouse Management System (WMS). - Familiarity with integrating Infor M3 with third-party applications.
