Job Description Job Description Bilingual Customer Service Representative LHH Recruitment is working with a company near Tempe. This organization is in search of a full time Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative. Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service via phone calls and emails. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product/service-related questions. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. Manage a high volume of inbound calls and emails while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing appropriate solutions. Document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in our system. Work collaboratively with team members to meet department goals and improve processes. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). Previous customer service experience (preferably in a call center environment). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Proficient in using email, phone systems, and basic office software. Positive attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn. Additional Information: This is a full-time, in-office position located in Tempe, AZ. Monday through Friday schedule, either 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. If you are interested, please apply now!
