Through our premium brands, including ANZZI, we specialize in crafting cutting-edge, design-forward solutions tailored to luxury hotels, resorts, and multifamily residential projects. Our product lines include walk-in tubs under the Meditub brand, steam generators from Steam Spa, and a variety of freestanding and drop-in bathtubs offered by Atlantis Whirlpools. These products are designed to enhance the aesthetic and functional quality of residential and hospitality spaces. We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to establish SWCORP as the go-to partner in the hospitality industry. Position Overview The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities across eCommerce platforms, retail channels, and B2B partnerships. This role requires a proven track record in sales, business development, and market expansion . The ideal candidate will be adept at building relationships, negotiating deals, and creating tailored sales strategies that drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities New Business Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the luxury bath industry , including eCommerce retailers, hospitality groups, home improvement stores, and design firms . Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to expand SW Corp’ presence across eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Wayfair, Home Depot, Lowe’s) and D2C channels. Drive revenue growth by securing new partnerships and expanding existing accounts. Relationship Management: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers , including buyers, procurement teams, and business owners. Market Expansion & Lead Generation: Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new growth opportunities. Leverage CRM tools to manage and track leads, sales pipelines, and business development activities. Contract Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations with clients and partners , closing deals that align with SW Corp’ pricing and profitability objectives. Strategic Partnerships: Develop partnerships with architects, designers, luxury homebuilders , and influencers to promote SW Corp' products and secure business opportunities. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to align business development efforts with overall company objectives and marketing campaigns. Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Regularly report on sales performance, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts to the Director of Sales. Candidate Qualifications & Experience Proven track record of selling interior products (mirrors, lighting, furniture, or similar) to luxury hotels, boutique properties, and multifamily residential projects . 5 years of business development or sales experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on premium or custom interior solutions. Established book of sales with strong industry connections. Proven track record of generating new business , building strategic partnerships, and exceeding sales targets. Experience working with eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Wayfair, Home Depot, Lowe’s) and understanding their sales dynamics. Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to identify market trends and translate them into actionable sales strategies. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office. Ability to travel frequently for client meetings and business development activities. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience in launching new product lines or establishing a brand in the hospitality industry. Proven ability to exceed annual sales targets and drive high-value business opportunities.
