Job Details Job Details: Our company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Financial Advisor Assistant/Client Service Advisor to join our team. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about the Accounting and Finance industry and are looking to leverage their experience and knowledge to make a significant impact. The successful candidate will work directly with our clients, providing them with expert advice and support to help them achieve their financial goals. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive support to Financial Advisors, including preparing client reviews, processing trades, and managing client accounts. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships through exceptional customer service. Use your expertise in Series 66, Series 65, Series 63, and insurance licensing to provide accurate and timely advice to clients. Utilize Tamarac and Schwab software to manage client accounts and process transactions. Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement strategies to improve our processes and enhance the client experience. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to ensure that our practices are compliant and that we are providing the best possible service to our clients. Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of experience in the Accounting and Finance industry. Current Series 66, Series 65, Series 63, OR insurance licenses. Experience with Tamarac and Schwab software, preferred Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly explain complex financial concepts to clients. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure. A strong understanding of financial markets and investment strategies.
