Temporary Recruiting Coordinator Position Summary: Our client is looking to bring on a Temporary Recruiting Coordinator to provide support to their HR and recruiting efforts due to rapid business growth! Recruiting Coordinator Responsibilities: Manage job postings through applicant tracking system and external resources (LinkedIn, Indeed, CareerBuilder, etc.) Extend offer letters, conduct background checks and support onboarding process. Work cross-functionally to advance broader talent acquisition objectives Act as liaison between recruiters and candidates during the recruitment process. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree preferred (HR, Business, or related field); equivalent experience considered Experience with ATS and or HRIS Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills
