We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Garage Door Dispatcher. Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative/ Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient scheduling and communication between customers and our field technicians. You will be responsible for coordinating service calls, managing technician/installer/sales representatives’ schedules, and delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming customer calls and schedule service appointments efficiently. Dispatch technicians to job sites based on location, skill set, and urgency. Maintain communication with technicians throughout the day to ensure timely service. Update customer records and service details in our dispatch system. Handle emergency service requests with a sense of urgency. Provide customers with estimated arrival times and service updates. Assist with general administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications: Previous experience in dispatching, customer service, or scheduling preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using dispatch software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and problem-solve on the go. Knowledge of garage door services, cabinet installation, and flooring is a plus but not required. Ability to work efficiently alone and with the team.
