Job Description Job Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Operations Analyst in Coral Gables, Florida. This role is within the financial industry, where you will be expected to deliver meticulous attention to detail, analytical skills, and excellent communication. Responsibilities: • Ensure precise and efficient processing of customer credit applications. • Oversee and manage customer credit records, ensuring their accuracy. • Address and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner. • Monitor customer accounts and take the necessary action when required. • Handle asset movements and fixed income trade booking. • Conduct wire transfers and oversee cash movements to ensure balance. • Generate and review financial reports for accuracy and completeness. • Use your problem-solving skills to answer client questions and conduct investigations. • Utilize your bilingual skills to communicate effectively with our Spanish speaking clients. • Ensure compliance with the Series 99 credential.• Possess proficiency in 3M software • Experience with ADP - Financial Services software is required • Strong knowledge and experience in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) • Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning software • Experience with ERP Solutions is needed • Proficient in About Time software • Solid understanding of budget processes • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Strong ability to ensure compliance in all operations • Must be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
