This system has been in development for over 20 years and plays a vital role in our daily operations, supporting functions like planning, invoicing, finance, and manufacturing. Senior Software Engineer Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain internal web applications using C# (ASP.NET), Angular, and SQL . Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient software solutions. Optimize and troubleshoot existing applications to support business growth and improve system performance. Mentor junior developers and contribute to the adoption of best development practices. Balance hands-on coding with systems analysis and feature management. Work in a hybrid environment, requiring at least three days per week in the Tucson, AZ office . Senior Software Engineer Qualifications: 7 years of experience in C#, ASP.NET, SQL, and JavaScript (Angular preferred) . Experience working with enterprise-level software systems or ERP development . Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment . Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal users and stakeholders.
