Soliant Health is seeking a highly qualified Pharmacist to provide clinical pharmacy services in a closed-door long-term care setting near Fox Hill, Indiana. This is an exciting opportunity for both new graduates and retail pharmacists looking to expand their clinical experience in a supportive and dynamic environment. Position Details: Position: Pharmacist Type: Contract Location: Near Fox Hill, Indiana Shifts: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM-11:00 PM. Occasional weekend shifts may be required. Duration: Contract position with potential for permanent hire License: Must hold an active Indiana Pharmacy License Key Responsibilities: As a Closed Door Long-Term Care Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional clinical pharmacy services to long-term care facilities. This will include: Managing and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently. Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective medication therapy management. Conducting clinical consultations with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Overseeing medication therapies for long-term care residents to ensure their health and safety. Assisting in the development of medication protocols and best practices for the facility. Qualifications: Required: Indiana Pharmacy License. Required: Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
