Job Description

L2 Desktop Support Engineer to support our ongoing IT operations. This role is essential to ensure smooth end-user support, incident resolution, and hardware/software troubleshooting at an advanced level. Could you please assist in identifying a suitable candidate for this position? Ideally, we are looking for someone with: 2–4 years of relevant experience in desktop support Strong troubleshooting skills (Windows, hardware, software, printers, network connectivity) Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools Good communication and customer service skills Local Language is Mandatory (France and English). Budget : 2800 to 3000 Euro Gross Per Month Site Address : 92150 Suresnes - France
