Job Description

Education: Relevant administrative qualification Skills/Experience required: Minimum of 5 years administration experience at senior level Project management experience Strong attention to detail Excellent report writing skills Strong customer service skills and professional manner Key Responsibilities: Support the VP and GM in integrating Asia and Africa teams across five markets under the One Team One Vision strategy. Provide high-level administrative and tactical support, including drafting correspondence, summarizing reports, and resolving issues. Drive execution of strategic initiatives and follow up on action items and priorities. Enhance communication between leadership and staff through innovative channels. Manage and improve operating cadence by coordinating executive meetings, board sessions, and offsites. Conduct research and prepare reports based on VP and GMs direction. Lead planning and logistics for senior leadership meetings, staff townhalls, and Exco sessions, including note-taking and material distribution. Oversee board meeting preparations and support the VP and GMs sustainability and philanthropy initiatives. Manage the VP and GMs calendar, appointments, and correspondence, including emails and external communications. Plan and coordinate business events such as team builds, staff meetings, and offsite gatherings. Handle a range of administrative tasks including billing, expenses, meal plans, transport, and purchase orders.
