IT Solution Lead Analyst

Consolidated revenues as of 12 months ending September 2024 totaled $13.7 billion. • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 5 years of experience in business analysis, Solution development. • 4 year of experience in the Transportation industry experience in Master Mind from Mastery or OTM from Oracle • Strong knowledge in the transportation industry using a TMS or implement functional and technical • Preferred in Agile Methodology and experience leading Agile projects. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and team members. • Preferred Experience with data analytics, machine learning, and AI technologies. • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices and project management. • Experience in developing detailed prototypes, functional specifications, data mapping, User Journey, Flow Diagram and comprehensive test cases. • Proficiency in solution design, system analysis, and quality assurance techniques to create robust solutions for complex business requirements. • Demonstrated ability to lead large and complex application development projects. • Strong skills in identifying and resolving gaps in business processes, ensuring all solutions are secure and well-documented. • Experience to understand the behavioral and integrations between systems and the flow of the data. • Commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge advancement for both individual team members and the team as a whole.
