This role is critical to our mission of transforming retail through technology and delivering exceptional digital experiences at scale. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end software development efforts, ensuring alignment with business objectives Guide architecture and design for complex systems based on microservices Manage and mentor engineering teams, promoting best practices in coding, testing, and DevOps Oversee operational processes and ensure high-quality software delivery Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical strategy and execution Monitor team performance and foster professional growth Minimum Qualifications 9 years of experience in full-cycle software development English fluency language.
