No prior experience required—we provide all the training you need to succeed! As a 1099 contractor , you’ll take charge of your success , generating leads, closing deals, and delivering top-tier customer service —all while leveraging our training, tools, and resources to maximize your earning potential. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation: Build your book of business through door knocking, small business outreach, networking, property management connections, and builder partnerships . Roof Inspections : Perform detailed storm damage inspections (hail, wind, and leaks). Client Education: Help homeowners and businesses understand roofing systems, materials, and services . Insurance Support: Assist clients through the insurance claims process , including filing claims and handling supplements . Tools & Documentation: Use Spotio to track leads and CompanyCam to document job sites at every stage. Sales Performance: Meet or exceed personal revenue goals and quotas while earning top commissions .
