Full Time Massage Therapist

Job Description Job Description We are a busy chiropractic office who specalizes in Family Wellness Care. We see a variety of patients who need a little extra help getting back to normal. Some of these patients have been in car accidents, others had a recent injury and some are getting care to maintain a great life of movement and wellness. Duties: - Perform various massage techniques including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and Swedish massage. Massages are scheduled every 75 minutes to allow for a full massage as well as time to change the room over. - Assess clients' needs and create personalized treatment plans - Provide pain management and relief through massage therapy - Educate clients on self-care techniques and exercises for continued wellness - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records Qualifications: - Valid certification or license as a Massage Therapist - Proficient knowledge of anatomy and physiology - Strong understanding of pain management techniques - Experience in occupational health or related field is a plus - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Ability to assess and evaluate patient needs accurately Skills: - Anatomy knowledge - Deep tissue massage - Pain management - Physical examinations - Occupational health - Trigger point therapy - Acute pain management - Patient service - Physiology knowledge - Patient assessment ``` Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35 an hour plus tips Benefits: Continuing education credits Flexible schedule Free massages Paid sick time Paid time off Paid training Wellness program Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday No weekends Supplemental pay types: Bonus opportunities Tips Work Location: In person
